First Visit

Your first visit,
clear and comfortable.

From booking to after-session advice, here is how a visit to NAORU Malaysia works.
On your first visit we listen to you and check your body with an AI posture assessment before the session.
It is Seitai without massage, working from the source of the discomfort.

Flow

How a session works

Six steps, from arrival to advice.

  1. 01

    Arrival

Please come to the location at your booked time. You can book through the online form or by WhatsApp with each location.

  2. 02

    Consultation

We ask about your concerns and anything on your mind. At NAORU we work side by side with you, starting with understanding your own body.

  3. 03

    AI assessment

On your first visit we always analyse posture and range of motion with AI. Imbalances are shown in detailed numbers that you can see for yourself.

  4. 04

    Your session plan

Based on the results, we explain the condition of your body and how we plan to work on it. We agree on goals together before the session.

  5. 05

    Session

Not a massage: Seitai that looks at whole-body balance and works on the source of the discomfort. Each session is tailored to you.

  6. 06

    Review & advice

We check how your body feels after the session and share advice based on your assessment results.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How is this different from a massage?

A conventional massage loosens one specific area. NAORU is Seitai: we look at the body as a whole, find where the discomfort comes from, and bring it back into balance.

What is the AI posture assessment?

An AI analysis of posture and range of motion. You can see imbalances in numbers and understand your body’s condition at a glance. We always do it on the first visit and base the session and our advice on the results.

How long does a session take?

A first visit is a 30-minute session, a 15-minute assessment and a 15-minute explanation. From the second visit, choose the 30- or 60-minute plan: 30 minutes if your concern is posture or pelvic alignment, 60 minutes if you have discomfort in the lower back, knees or shoulders. See the pricing page for details.
